GOSHEN CITY

 

The same atmosphere existed

The sun rose and set as always

The boundaries were not separated

And land margins were undisputed

 

Then things started happening

Waters were demarcated^* amongst them

Plagues and curses separated them

The one atmosphere bore boils

The other remained calm and unaffected

 

None on any side fully understood

But the cause was not unknown

Death even came visiting

Yet it was limited in course

 

All this happened in a land

Co-existing within was light and darkness

This land is Egypt

Protected by the banner of God

Was the chosen part of the country

The land of Goshen

If you are in Goshen, you are kept!
