KOMOLAFE SAMSON OLAWALE
He looks smallish but when he speaks you will know a man is speaking. He is vocal and wouldn’t back down from an argument he knows about. He is interesting to speak to and speak with.
His spirit is as eager as his person, if not more. He has the dexterity to learn at amazing speeds. Life has thrown a lot of challenges to him and I am yet to see him on the floor whining. He is a fighter and would survive anywhere. He is never ashamed to admit he doesn’t know and when he does know, you will know he knows.
Samson challenged me to learn how to type and today I fly type. He has motivated me to be better than I am because I know he would always want to “know”. I value his person a great deal. He loves God and would do what he does with the consent of the Almighty.
Cutting across the praying band unit, the evangelism unit and the intensive care unit, he showed ability in prayer, evangelism and bible study and rose to become a leader in his fellowship time.. He is a guru in Corel draw and learnt Joomla within a twinkle of days. He types like the wind and seeing him with a keyboard could cause someone a heart attack.
He is industrious and loves to feel good. Never underestimate his laughter; it would catch your attention, any day. He has this happy air around him that makes everything seem easy. He smiles in the midst of trouble and his smile is full.
Talk about business and he wouldn’t be in the last position. He is open to new concepts and would play his cards well. He is also considerate of people and understands what sacrifice means. On a good day, he would sleep like a baby and when it’s time to work, he would work like a donkey.
He doesn’t look like someone who knows how to worry and that is commendable. His many little acts, questions and decisions have challenged and stamped me for good and It would be difficult to conclude a tale of my life without mentioning where he surfaced.
Samson, keep the spirit, keep the smile, keep the agility.
